Cancellation, Refund, Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to Boxi Meals (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)! Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website www.boximeals.com (the “Website”) The Website is referred to as the “Platform”.
These Cancel & Refund Policy, Shipping/delivery policy (“Cancellation”, “Refund Policy”, “Delivery policy” ) govern your use of our website located at boximeals.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by Boxi Meals (Trademark Registered by Glicchali Foods (OPC) Private Limited).
Cancellation Policy:
- As a general rule Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel Order once placed. Buyer may choose to cancel Order only within fifteen-minute of the Order being placed. However, subject to Buyer’s previous cancellation history, BOXIMEALS reserves the right to deny any refund to Buyer pursuant to a cancellation initiated by Buyer even if the same is within fifteen-minute followed by suspension of account, as may be necessary in the sole discretion of BOXIMEALS.
- Any cancellations to the order shall be informed by calling Boximeals (+91 – 9108224002) or by sending an email (contact@boximeals.com).
- BOXMEALS reserves the right to collect a penalty for the Orders constrained to be cancelled by BOXIMEALS for reasons not attributable to BOXIMEALS, including but not limited to:
- in the event if the address provided by Buyer is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;
- failure to contact Buyer by phone or email at the time of delivering the Order booking;
- failure to deliver Buyer Order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from Buyer at the time of delivery; or
- unavailability of all the items ordered by Buyer at the time of booking the Order
- While sending the email, please mention “Cancel Order” in the subject line and provide the following details in the email message OrderID: Cancellation Reason:
- Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received. Amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 10 days.
Refund Policy:
- Refund shall be made under following conditions:
- Order was cancelled.
- Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)
- If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will enquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
- A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
- Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
- Any extra amount credited to Boximeals in account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
- In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Online Delivery shall have the deciding hand.
- Online Delivery may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time.
- All refund amounts shall be credited to Buyer’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Buyer’s choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as below, in case Buyer don’t choose to credit it to Buyer’s wallet with his/her DoneBro Account;

Shipping/delivery policy:
- There is no additional delivery or shipping cost involved in orders.
- Delivery of the Food is provided Free within the 5km radius of our registered kitchen location.
- Far away delivery is currently not provided.
- Our delivery executives are well trained and they follow all standardized sanitization procedures as advised by Govt.
- Delivery time within 5 km is within 75 minutes post order confirmation.
- Delivery time may delay slightly during rain and traffic conditions.
